    • Do we need to call diggers hotline?

    Yes, not only are you putting yourself at risk by not calling you are also putting our employees at risk. Calling diggers hotline is easy and free, not only does it protect our workers from injury it also protects you from costly repair bills. If one of our workers hits an unmarked line we are not liable for any damages incurred.

    Do I need to be around when you come to set the tent up?

    We encourage you to be around when we set the tent up so that you can recieve the best service. However if you cant be around please mark out where you would like the four corners of the tent to be, and alert us in advance of what is going on.

    Do the tents come with sidewalls?

    Sidewalls are available upon request, if you think the weather isnt going to be good or would like the tent to be fully enclosed please let us know at when ordering.

    How long does it take to erect a tent?

    Time is dependent on size and work conditions. On a nice warm summer day a 20' X 40' tent will take on average 30mins. Rain and wind can extend the time greatly.

    Can you set up tents on concrete?

    Yes, Please make us aware of what type of material the tent is being set up on. In certain circumstances (like concrete) special equipment is needed.

    Can we use nails or staples to hang signs/decorations on center and side poles?

    No, actually if we come to collect our tent and you have used nails or staples on our equipment you will be charged an additonal .25 cents per staple/nail. We suggest you use tape to hang any signs/decorations, but please remove all tape before we come back to take the tent down.

    The tent was damaged in a storm, what do I do?

    Call us immediately! We will send a crew to come out and repair the damage as soon as possible

    How much space is required to set up a tent?

    Measure the area you would like the us to set a tent up in. Usually a tent requires 10 more feet in each direction. So if you wanted a 20' X 30' foot tent a 30' X 40' space would be required.

    Is lighting available?

    Yes, we have some very attractive globes and light stands that will suit almost any event.

    Tipping is appreciated, however not required.
